Trin's feet haven't grown for a long time and I know that if I bought her a new pair of shoes her feet would grow right away and it would be a waste. The fabric on this pair of shoes lasted about a month then they looked horrible and were not allowed to be worn out of the house. I've seen on a couple blogs where people just mod
podge new fabric on to shoes, so I thought I'd give it a try. You probably just don't want to get them wet.

Then you just rip off the old stuff, if it's removable.

They aren't perfect, but you can't even tell that when she's wearing them. Now that I've had a practice run at it, I have a couple pairs of flats I need to re-invent!
