8am till whenever; Saturday, July 18, El Matador will be serving Alex's famous Carne Asada and other yummy things!
We will be at the Heritage Park. It is the courtyard area at Heritage Antiques, across the street from Ed's in Snowflake.
For those of you that don't know, Alex has been modifying a camp trailer into a mobile kitchen to cook Mexican food at big events. We are ready to go and this is our first time cooking at an event! We're are very excited and so are all the people that have had Alex's carne asada!
